RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Any request for return or refund will be processed when the same has been agreed to from our end as well, we would send you an email confirming that the product could be returned and the mode for it. Please note that Ayushastra is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 3 days of delivery. Any item for refund must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase, to avail of an exchange or refund from our end. We do not offer any cash refunds and the amount would be credited to your bank account within 2 weeks after confirmation of refund from our end. Refunds will only be processed once the product reaches and is inspected by our team.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. In no other case would a product be accepted for exchange or refund. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any discounted or used products. All returned items except damaged must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/ exchange authorization number and in saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded.
