Moringa or drumstick is high in nutritious value and high in vegetable oil. Moringa can be consumed in the form of tea, powder, or capsules. Moringa leaves and pods are a nutritional powerhouse, containing a high concentration of important amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. These long, thin green sticks with seed pods contain a potent blend of antioxidants, iron, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc are among the minerals found in abundance.

HOW TO USE (20-30)


 

  • Every day, 500mg of Moringa leaf extract or 3g of Moringa seeds can be taken either as a powder, tea, or eaten as a raw vegetable.
  • To control asthma/diabetes symptoms, take 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Moringa powder combined with honey or water with lunch and supper.
  • To control high blood pressure, drink Moringa leaf juice.
  • To boost bone health, drink Moringa tea. In a cup of water, combine 1-2 teaspoons of Moringa powder. Toss in with freshly grated ginger. Allow for 5-8 minutes for it to come to a boil. Strain the tea and drink it hot.
  • Moringa oil lubricates and moisturizes the skin by restoring the skin's natural moisture barrier.
