SHORT DESCRIPTION 


Brahmi is a herb that belongs to the family of some of the most common culinary herbs. The herb is most commonly used for hair loss, insomnia, anxiety, and asthma. It has been used in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and other alternative medicines across the world for medicinal purposes. In fact, it has been hailed to be a miracle herb.


 

EFFECT ON TRIDOSHA:- As a “Medhya Rasayana” or brain-rejuvenating herb, it assists in the correction of Vata and Pitta Dosha imbalances in order to preserve tridoshic equilibrium.

HOW TO USE 


 

  • For daily medhya supplementation consume 2 – 3 grams of Brahmi powder along with meals. Brahmi can be given in very small doses for infants and children, in the form of Brahmi ghrita, mixed with honey, ghee. 
  • Drinking Brahmi juice daily for 4 weeks to reduce anxiety, palpitations, nervousness, insomnia.
  • Apply Brahmi juice on the affected area to heal scars and wounds.
  • Diabetes symptoms can be alleviated by consuming Brahmi leaves on a regular basis.
  • Chew on few Brahmi leaves or steep them in the tea for improving pulmonary function
