Bhumiamalaki is a traditional Ayurvedic liver herb with a bitter flavour that is cooling, relaxing, and purifying. Because of its affinity for the liver, bhumiamalaki cleanses, detoxifies, and strengthens this vital organ. Bhumyamalaki is a wonderful herb for both pitta and Kapha and is beneficial to persons with dry and mild constitutions. Because of its pitta balancing properties, Ayurveda considers Bhumi Amla to be beneficial for indigestion and acidity.

HOW TO USE 
 

  • To boost liver and spleen function, take 1/4-1/2 tsp of Bhumiamalaki Churna with a tbsp of honey after lunch and supper twice a day.
  • Take 1 teaspoon of Bhumiamlaki juice with roasted cumin seeds to treat the burning sensation while passing urine.
  • Take 1 tablet/capsule of Bhumiamalaki daily to improve skin and hair health.
  • Drink Bhumi Amla juice with water in the morning to improve digestion and liver health.
