 SHORT DESCRIPTION 
 

Cinnamon, also known as Dalchini is high in calcium, magnesium, and other essential minerals. It possesses antibacterial and antiviral characteristics, which aid in the battle against infection-causing germs. It also boosts immunity and has anti-cancer qualities. The bark of tropical, evergreen trees is used to make cinnamon powder. Cinnamon is harvested by peeling it off the interior of the tree's bark.

HOW TO USE 
 

  • Boil 2 inches of cinnamon sticks in 2 cups of water for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. Strain and add /12 lemon slices. Drink it twice a day to lower your risk of coronary artery disease.
  • To improve digestion functioning like indigestion, loss of appetite or bloating, mix equal parts of Dalchini and Ajvain for chewing in three divided doses before food.
  • To cure tension type of headache, make a paste of cinnamon with rose water and apply it on the forehead area. 
  • Chewing cinnamon sticks controls throat irritation and helps in dry cough.
  • To treat nasal allergic sinusitis, form a paste with 1-2 pinches of cinnamon powder and honey. Swallow it twice a day, after light meals. Repeat until you no longer have allergy symptoms.
