SHORT DESCRIPTION
Tuvarak is effective in treating a variety of skin ailments due to its astringent, pungent, and bitter taste, with unctuous, sharp qualities, and hot potency. The seed and its oil are both utilised medicinally. It is used to treat kapha and vata imbalances. This plant is loaded with antibacterial antipyretic, wounds healing and therapeutic qualities.

PRECAUTIONS & SIDE EFFECTS
- It can cause stomach lining damage. Oil should be taken after meals, either mixed with butter or as capsules.
HOW TO USE
- Eating 1 g of Chalmogra fruit kernel powder three times a day will help with sclerosis.
- Twice a day, take 5-6 drops of tuvarak oil with milk. In addition to this, massage the chest by mixing in butter in case of TB.
- Taking 1-2 g of Tuvarak seed powder with water 2-3 times a day is useful in diabetes.
- Tuvarak decoction should be used to clean the vagina externally. This aids in the treatment of vaginal odour.
- Use Tuvarak only under expert supervision.
