SHORT DESCRIPTION

Varun has an astringent, pungent, sweet, and bitter flavour. It is light and abrasive in character, and its heated potency aggravates pitta dosha in the body. It can aid in the reduction of aggravated vata dosha, which causes dry skin and a lack of moisture. It is utilised to activate the digestive fire and to balance the kapha and vata doshas.

HOW TO USE

  • Applying Varun leaf paste to the abscess afflicted region relieves pain and inflammation.
  • Including Varun powder and honey in your regular diet might help enhance your appetite.
  • In the case of BPH and UTI, take 1 to 2 tsp Varun powder with honey after eating.
  • Combine ½ -1 teaspoon Varun bark powder and coconut oil to make a paste. Apply to the afflicted region to speed up wound healing.
