SHORT DESCRIPTION
Jivanti’s roots are one of the best rejuvenator plants in Ayurveda. The name itself means that it maintains the normal status of health. It is especially known for its stimulant and restorative properties in Ayurveda and is sweet & astringent in taste, with cold potency aiding in its aphrodisiac, and rejuvenative properties. It possesses the appetizer, aphrodisiac, anticancerous and antibacterial properties. It alleviates the three dosas vata, pitta and Kapha, thus working on all dhatus levels.

HOW TO USE
- Decoction of Jivanti root should be taken in the dose of 20 ml for relief of burning sensation due to fever.
- Jivanti is a ingredient of chyawanprash, a traditional Polyherbal formulation.
- The leaves of the plant are used in vegetable cuisine known as saag.
- Take jivanti root powder in a dose of 3-6 grams with water to cure diarrohea.
