  Men have a walnut-sized gland called the prostate. It plays a crucial role in the processing of seminal fluid. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is the condition in which there is abnormal growth of prostate from its original size, usually seen in male above age 60yrs.   2.        Punarnava is yet another essential plant that revitalises the urinary system. Because it lessens edema.
  3.        Other herbs that promote good urination include pumpkin seeds, white sandalwood, guduchi, and shilajit. 
  4.        The amalgamation of zinc bhasma with guggul. They are a common ayurvedic treatment for balancing prostate size and health. Additionally, guggul and turmeric are powerful anti-inflammatory medicines. 
  5.        Kapikacchu, and bala. They work well for problems with enlarged prostate.
